2. Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material in a timely manner.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the email above containing your identification of the material removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court.

4. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to remove content and, where applicable, restrict access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
