7 Nozzle Boom Sprayer Kit for UTS Hitch Mount with 140 inch

The Barndoor Ag 7 Nozzle Boom Sprayer Kit converts existing spot sprayers into a wide-coverage broadcast setup for large grounds. Designed for commercial and heavy-duty maintenance tasks, this kit attaches directly to vehicles equipped with a 2-inch hitch receiver. It allows property managers and maintenance crews to cover broad outdoor spaces without relying on handheld wands.

The system spans an extensive 140 inches when fully unfolded, applying an even spread of water, weedicides, or pesticides. To suit different terrain and spraying needs, it features seven adjustable nozzles along with multi-adjustable boom angles that rotate over 300 degrees. The unit is constructed from materials that resist weather, chemical solutions, corrosion, and general liquid exposure, protecting the equipment during heavy chemical applications.

For transport and convenience, the boom uses a double-wing folding design supported by spring-loaded components. The quick attach and detach mounting system helps speed up mounting and removal on compatible sprayers. Buyers should note that this kit comes in several parts and requires full assembly upon arrival, though all necessary parts and assembly instructions are included in the package.

Because this is an add-on kit rather than a complete standalone rig, you will need an existing compatible sprayer setup and a 2-inch vehicle receiver. Additionally, the manufacturer does not specify the exact weight of the unit or the flow rate of the included nozzles.

Verdict: The Barndoor Ag 7 Nozzle Boom Sprayer Kit is an ideal upgrade for anyone maintaining large grounds who already has a compatible sprayer and a 2-inch hitch receiver. It delivers wide, adjustable coverage and durable chemical resistance for heavy-duty outdoor spraying.
