BLACK+DECKER Lopper Chain Saw, 4.5-Amp Pruner, Loppers for Tree Trimming Heavy Duty

This electric lopper chain saw is designed for homeowners and gardeners who need an easier way to manage yard trimming. It combines the gripping action of traditional loppers with the cutting power of a small chainsaw, taking the physical strain out of slicing through thick branches.

At the center of the tool is a 4.5-amp motor driving a heavy-duty 6-inch bar and chain. The scissor-style clamping jaws grip onto wood and cut in one motion, handling limbs up to 4 inches thick. For added peace of mind during operation, integrated metal guards cover the jaws to keep you shielded from the cutting chain.

Because this is a corded model, you get steady power and unlimited runtime for large cleanup jobs without waiting on battery recharges. The package includes an LP1000 electric tree trimmer Alligator lopper, a dedicated wrench, and an oil bottle to help you maintain the chain.

The corded connection is reliable, but it does mean you are tethered to an electrical outlet. Additionally, the tool is capped at cutting wood up to 4 inches thick, so larger logs or fallen tree trunks will require larger equipment.

Verdict: This 4.5-amp electric lopper is an effective, user-friendly choice for trimming backyard branches up to 4 inches thick. It suits anyone seeking continuous corded power and protected cutting jaws for seasonal yard maintenance.
