Detailed Review
The DEWALT 20V MAX Cordless Drill Driver and Circular Saw Combo Kit pairs two essential cordless tools to handle everyday cutting and fastening projects. Designed around the 20V MAX battery platform, this package outfits homeowners, DIYers, and jobsite workers with a dedicated drill and circular saw ready to work straight out of the box.
The included DCD777 drill driver relies on a brushless motor to deliver efficient runtime and steady power for tough drilling applications. Its lightweight frame and ergonomic handle help you maneuver easily when working overhead or in cramped, hard-to-reach spots. Meanwhile, the DCS391 circular saw provides cutting flexibility with a bevel capacity ranging from 0 to 50 degrees, supported by a rubber overmolded grip that helps you maintain balanced control during cuts.
While this package supplies the fundamental power tools needed for construction and woodworking, it relies on two 2Ah batteries, which are relatively compact compared to larger-capacity packs. Additionally, the listing details do not specify saw blade dimensions or drill chuck size, so you may need to confirm specific accessory dimensions separately.
Verdict: This combo kit is an excellent choice for anyone needing a reliable cordless drill and circular saw setup. With two 20V MAX batteries and a charger included, it gives you the core tools needed to tackle drilling and bevel cutting tasks right away.
