Detailed Review
The DEWALT 20V MAX Cordless Pruning Shears (model DCPR320B) provide powered cutting for garden trimming and yard maintenance. Built for gardeners who already own compatible 20V MAX power tool gear, this tool replaces manual hand shears with motorized pruning action.
The cutting head is equipped with non-stick coated blades designed to produce swift, smooth cuts across plant stems and branches. When the cutting edge needs service or replacement, an included blade change tool lets you swap parts out quickly without hunting for separate hardware.
For working under dense plant canopies or during early morning and late evening yard sessions, an on-board LED work light directly illuminates your cutting target. This setup helps you see the exact branch you want to trim without carrying extra lighting.
A clear limitation of this package is that it comes as a bare tool only. You will need to supply your own compatible 20V MAX battery and charger to run it, and the listing does not state maximum branch diameter limits.
Verdict: The DEWALT DCPR320B is a practical choice for gardeners who already use the 20V MAX battery system. It delivers illuminated, powered cutting with convenient blade changes for everyday yard care.
