Detailed Review
This 20V brushless cordless reciprocating saw provides a compact cutting solution for demanding demolition and rough-in tasks. Designed for tight quarters, the tool measures just 14.5 inches in length, allowing it to squeeze between wall studs and into cramped corners where full-size saws cannot easily reach.
Weighing only 5 pounds as a bare tool, it keeps handling manageable and reduces user strain during overhead or prolonged cuts. Performance comes from a 1-1/8-inch stroke length paired with a variable speed trigger reaching up to 2,900 strokes per minute, giving you precise speed regulation for different materials.
Workplace convenience is supported by a keyless 4-position blade clamp, which allows quick blade swaps and flexible cutting orientations without requiring extra tools. An integrated LED light illuminates dark work areas directly in front of the blade for improved visibility.
Because this model is sold as a bare tool, the 5-pound weight does not account for an attached battery pack, and you will need compatible 20V batteries and blades on hand since they are not listed as included accessories.
Verdict: This cordless saw is an excellent choice for anyone needing strong cutting power in confined spaces. Its lightweight body, 4-position clamp, and compact profile make it a practical tool for tight demolition and framing work.
