EGO POWER+ 21" Cordless Electric Lawn Mower Kit, Self-Propelled - LM2135SP

The EGO POWER+ LM2135SP is a 21-inch cordless electric lawn mower kit engineered to replace traditional gas walk-behind mowers. Driven by a high-efficiency brushless motor that supplies up to 7.0 ft-lbs of cutting torque, it delivers low vibration and reliable power for homeowners who want clean, gas-free yard maintenance.

Operational convenience centers on the Touch Drive self-propelled system. Users can engage the drive using the pressure of their palm and adjust speeds between 0.9 and 3.1 miles per hour via a dial positioned right at their fingertips. Height adjustments are just as flexible, offering eight distinct positions that span from 1 to 4 inches to accommodate different grass lengths.

Cut quality is managed through the Select Cut multi-blade system. The mower includes an upper blade alongside three interchangeable lower blades tailored for mulching, high-lift bagging, or extended runtime. Power comes from an included 56V 7.5Ah ARC Lithium battery that runs for up to 60 minutes and charges in 60 minutes with the bundled Rapid Charger (CH5500). Bright LED headlights also allow for visibility during early morning or dusk mowing sessions.

As a cordless platform, run time is capped at about an hour per charge, which may require an extra battery for oversized properties. Managing the multi-blade system also means swapping out physical blades when switching between bagging, mulching, or maximizing battery efficiency.

Verdict: The EGO LM2135SP is an exceptional choice for homeowners seeking high torque and smooth, variable-speed self-propulsion without handling gas or oil. It is especially practical for anyone already invested in or planning to build an EGO 56V tool collection.
