Detailed Review
The EVOULTES 1/4-inch by 28-foot recoil air compressor hose provides a flexible, self-coiling air delivery line for pneumatic work in home garages and workshops. Built from polyurethane, the hose expands to a maximum reach of 28 feet and quickly snaps back into place when released, keeping your workspace floor clear without requiring manual winding.
Mobility is a primary focus of the design. The integrated all-brass 1/4-inch NPT quick coupler rotates a full 360 degrees, which keeps the line from twisting up while reducing physical strain on your wrist during tool operation. Both ends feature detachable rubber bend restrictors that protect high-wear zones near the connectors. If the line suffers damage, these restrictors can be removed to facilitate hose repairs instead of replacing the entire assembly.
For everyday pneumatic tasks, the hose supports a maximum working pressure of up to 160 PSI. Its polyurethane construction is rated to perform in temperatures ranging from -40 to 150 degrees Fahrenheit. The package also includes standard 1/4-inch NPT brass quick connector plugs, a roll of Teflon thread tape to minimize air leaks, and Velcro straps to keep the coiled hose tidy when packed away.
When considering this setup, keep in mind that the 1/4-inch inside diameter and 160 PSI upper limit are tailored for standard shop tools rather than high-volume industrial equipment. The fixed 28-foot length also dictates the maximum working radius from your compressor setup.
Verdict: The EVOULTES recoil air hose is a dependable, space-saving option for hobbyists and tradespeople operating air blow guns, tire chucks, or rivet guns. If you need a flexible line with smooth swivel action and built-in kink protection, it is an easy recommendation.
