POWGRN 100 FT 12/3 Outdoor Extension Cord Waterproof, Heavy Duty Power Cord

The POWGRN 100 FT 12/3 Outdoor Extension Cord is built to deliver reliable power across long distances for demanding yard work, construction tasks, and large appliances. Rated for 15 amps, 125 volts, and up to 1875 watts, this 12-gauge SJTW cord provides the electrical capacity required for equipment like circular saws, lawn mowers, block heaters, and welding setups without straining your power supply.

Built for harsh environments, the durable vinyl jacket features an IP65 waterproof rating alongside wear and corrosion resistance. It withstands extreme temperatures, remaining flexible down to -58°F for easy coiling and resisting heat up to 158°F. The bright PVC outer jacket enhances visibility across lawns and job sites to help prevent accidental trips in low-light conditions.

For daily convenience and safety, the cord includes an LED power indicator on the female socket that glows when electricity is active. Both the NEMA 5-15P plug and NEMA 5-15R socket feature reinforced strain relief to prevent damage from bending. Additionally, the female end includes an integrated hook design, making it simple to plug, unplug, and hang the connection off the ground in damp work areas.

Keep in mind that high-power cords require proper handling. To ensure safe operation, the entire 100-foot length must be fully uncoiled and unstrapped before use rather than left in a pile. The cord also features a single standard outlet, so it cannot power multiple tools at once without separate splitters.

Verdict: This heavy-duty cord is an excellent choice for homeowners, landscapers, and contractors who need reliable 15-amp power across large outdoor spaces. Its rugged weatherproofing, lighted indicator, and wide temperature tolerance make it a dependable workhorse for demanding tools and appliances.
