Detailed Review
The Zevaroy Silicone Radiator Hoses provide a direct replacement option for owners of specific 2003-2008 400cc sport ATVs looking to swap out aging cooling lines. Designed as an exact fit for the Suzuki LTZ400, Z400, KFX400, and Arctic Cat DVX400 platforms, these hoses solve the issue of deteriorating factory rubber by offering a straightforward swap for the stock cooling plumbing.
Construction relies on a 3-ply reinforced silicone design combined with heat-resistant embedded fibers. This structure allows the hoses to handle operating temperatures ranging from -60 to 220 degrees Celsius (-76 to 428 degrees Fahrenheit), making them resilient against extreme conditions. You also have a choice of six different colors, including red, blue, black, green, yellow, and orange.
As for trade-offs, compatibility is strictly limited to the listed 2003 to 2008 ATV models. Additionally, the manufacturer does not specify the exact number of hoses included in the pack or mention whether installation clamps come in the package, so you may need to check your existing hardware before starting your installation.
Verdict: If you need to refresh or upgrade the cooling lines on your 2003-2008 LTZ400, KFX400, or DVX400, this Zevaroy silicone hose set offers a direct-fit solution built to handle extreme engine temperatures.
