Rectal Dilator Trainer Set for Men and Women 4-Pack, Sizes 1-4

The IntimateRose Rectal Dilator Trainer Set is a four-piece pelvic therapy aid designed for both men and women. Created to address pelvic discomfort, it helps relax the pelvic floor and restore or improve elasticity at the rectal opening. It serves individuals seeking targeted physical therapy tools as well as those looking for gradual rectal training for recreational use.

Designed by Dr. Amanda Olson, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Specialist, the set features a smooth hourglass shape. This ergonomic contour supports gradual insertion and muscle relaxation. The four included trainers offer progressive sizing, starting at a narrow 0.3 inches in diameter and stepping up gradually to 0.8 inches.

Each trainer is crafted from medical grade silicone for safety, smooth contact, and user comfort. The package comes with detailed instructions to guide users through the progression, whether using the tools for rehabilitative therapy or recreational routines.

As a trade-off, the set tops out at a 0.8-inch diameter, so users requiring larger diameters will need additional equipment. The listing also does not mention storage cases, cleaning accessories, or lubricant compatibility specifications.

Verdict: This set is a solid choice for anyone needing structured pelvic floor relaxation or gradual tissue training. With sizes ranging from 0.3 to 0.8 inches and a physical therapist design, it provides a safe, step-by-step approach for men and women.
