Stihl MS 162 Chainsaw W/ 16" Bar & Chain

The Stihl MS 162 Chainsaw is a cutting tool designed for homeowners and property owners who need a reliable tool for outdoor wood management. Built by Stihl, this model provides the core cutting equipment needed to manage fallen limbs, prune trees, and cut firewood.

This package centers around the Stihl MS 162 powerhead equipped with a dedicated guide bar and matching cutting chain. The bar configuration offers the necessary reach and leverage to make standard cutting chores straightforward.

A notable trade-off in the provided product details is a discrepancy regarding the guide bar measurement. While the product title lists a 16-inch bar, the feature specifications mention a 30 cm (approx. 12-inch) bar length. Additionally, the seller provides very little technical data regarding engine displacement, weight, or fuel requirements.

Verdict: The Stihl MS 162 is a practical choice for buyers who specifically want a genuine Stihl brand chainsaw for routine woodcutting. Check with the seller prior to purchase if you need to confirm the exact bar length included in the package.
