Superior Pump 91250 1800GPH Thermoplastic Submersible Utility Pump with 10-Foot Cord, 1/4 HP

Superior Pump 91250 utility pump 1800GPH fits buyers who need a powered pump for moving water efficiently, with a listed capacity of up to 1,800 gallons per hour. This thermoplastic submersible utility pump is designed around practical water transfer needs, giving shoppers a combination of high capacity pumping, vertical lift capability, and a removable suction screen for handling some small solids.

The 1/4 HP motor is the central feature because it supports the pump's ability to move up to 1,800 gallons per hour and lift water up to 25 feet of vertical height. For a buyer comparing utility pumps, these figures help show the type of workload this model is built to handle. The 1-1/4 inch NPT discharge is sized for high capacity pumping, and the included 3/4 inch garden hose adapter gives another connection option when that size matches the user's setup.

The design focuses on straightforward utility use. The pump uses thermoplastic construction and includes a 10 foot cord, which can help provide flexibility when positioning the pump within the limits of the available power connection. The removable suction screen is another useful detail because it allows the pump to handle solids up to 1/8 inch, making the design more suited to situations where water may contain small particles.

The main trade-offs come from the pump's defined specifications. It has a 1-1/4 inch NPT discharge size, so buyers should make sure that connection works with their intended setup. It also uses a corded design, which means shoppers should consider whether a corded utility pump matches their needs before choosing it.

Verdict: Superior Pump 91250 is a strong fit for shoppers who want a 1/4 HP utility pump with high listed water movement, vertical lift capability, and a removable suction screen. Buyers who need a different connection size or a different power format should look for a model that matches those requirements.
