Detailed Review
The RogueArm 200lb ATV Seed Spreader attaches directly to your vehicle to distribute dry granular materials across lawns, farms, and managed acreage. Powered by a 12V electrical connection and a brushless motor, it helps property owners distribute materials without pushing a walk-behind unit or making repeated stops.
Vehicle mounting uses an adjustable-height receiver hitch paired with a 7-inch extension, designed to fit most standard ATVs without requiring extra adapters. For operation, the wireless remote control system uses toggle switches so you can control the spreader from the driver seat. A four-pin plug provides direct connection to your vehicle electrical system.
Material management is versatile across seasons. The hopper handles approximately 200 pounds of de-icing salt or around 100 pounds of corn and other grains, alongside fertilizer, lime, and grass seed. You can adjust the nozzle size and spreading angle to suit coarse or fine granules, which helps widen coverage and cut down on total driving passes. Built-in side handles help when moving or positioning the unit during mounting.
Buyers should account for the capacity differences between materials, as lighter or bulkier grains max out at roughly 100 pounds compared to the 200-pound salt limit. Additionally, the listing does not mention specific hopper dimensions or total empty weight, so you will need to rely on the hitch measurements and 12V setup for mounting.
Verdict: The RogueArm 200lb ATV Spreader is a practical option for ATV owners who want remote-controlled distribution for seasonal tasks like winter salting, seeding, or fertilizing. It fits drivers looking for an adjustable hitch mount and wireless seat controls for medium-to-large property jobs.
