25 Gallon ATV Sprayer | 2.2 GPM

The AgSpray 25 Gallon ATV Sprayer provides vehicle-mounted liquid application for landowners, farmers, and property managers. Designed to mount onto an ATV or UTV, it handles spot spraying tasks across acreage without requiring frequent refilling.

At the center of the system is a durable polyethylene 25-gallon tank paired with a 12V diaphragm pump. The pump delivers up to 2.2 gallons per minute and reaches a maximum pressure of 100 PSI. Integrated check valves help maintain steady pressure during use while reducing fluid backflow. For post-application cleanup, a molded tank drain makes emptying residual liquid straightforward.

Targeted spraying is handled by a 29-inch aluminum lance equipped with a polypropylene handle, a built-in strainer, and an adjustable spray tip for precision coverage along fence lines or in tight areas. Powering the unit is simple in the field, utilizing a 10-foot wiring harness with heavy-duty battery clips that connect directly to your vehicle. The unit also includes a pre-installed boom mounting bracket, allowing you to add a broadcast boom system later without replacing the base sprayer.

Keep in mind that while the sprayer includes the boom mounting hardware, the actual broadcast boom is an add-on upgrade rather than an included accessory. Operation also relies entirely on a 12V power supply from your vehicle, and the product details do not specify the length of the handgun hose.

Verdict: The AgSpray 25 Gallon Sprayer is an ideal match for ATV and UTV owners who need a reliable spot sprayer with the flexibility to expand into broadcast spraying down the road.
