45 Gallon UTV Sprayer | 3-Nozzle Boomless, 4.0 GPM

The AgSpray 45 Gallon UTV Sprayer is designed for landowners, farmers, and property managers who need efficient liquid application from a utility vehicle. Built around a heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant poly tank, it solves the problem of hauling large fluid volumes over rough property without sacrificing vehicle stability. The compact 17.5-inch by 30-inch base fits standard UTV and side-by-side beds, keeping the profile low across uneven ground.

Fluid delivery is driven by a 12-volt diaphragm pump providing a 4.0 GPM flow rate at 45 PSI. This setup offers a 40-foot spray reach and hooks up easily with the included 10-foot wire harness, battery clips, and integrated power switch. Instead of fragile, wide-reaching mechanical arms, the triple-nozzle setup uses Hypro Boom X-Tender tips and a center flood nozzle to cover a 30-foot broadcast swath. This boomless layout lets you navigate tight fence lines, wooded paths, and food plots without snagging equipment on brush.

For targeted spot treatments, the unit includes an X-26 spray gun equipped with a corrosion-resistant brass tip, trigger lock safety, and an adjustable spray pattern from pinpoint stream to wide fan. Mixing chemicals is straightforward thanks to a 5-inch smart fill lid, which integrates a 32-ounce measuring cup and a dedicated garden hose port for hands-free filling. A rugged steel mounting base absorbs trail vibration and features a built-in swivel valve to switch smoothly between broadcast spraying and spot application.

Keep in mind that this unit relies on a 12-volt vehicle battery connection via its 10-foot harness, so it requires an active electrical hookup on your UTV. While the boomless setup is great for tight trails, it creates a fixed 30-foot broadcast swath rather than allowing you to manually adjust individual boom arm angles. Additionally, the listing does not state the total dry weight or the length of the spot handgun hose.

Verdict: This sprayer is an excellent match for utility vehicle owners managing food plots, pastures, and wooded properties who want broad coverage without fragile boom arms. Its high-flow pump, durable steel frame, and integrated mixing lid provide dependable utility for regular property maintenance.
