22 inch Hedge Trimmer Cordless with 2 Battery and Charger, 20V Handheld

The KOMASTY 20V Handheld Cordless Hedge Trimmer is designed to keep residential shrubs, bushes, and ornamental garden trees tidy without dealing with extension cords or heavy equipment. It features a 22-inch hardened dual-action steel blade running at 2800 strokes per minute, giving homeowners the cutting power needed to shape foliage cleanly while tackling branches up to 3/4-inch thick.

Cordless mobility comes from a pair of included 20V 1.5Ah lithium batteries and a charger. Together, both fully charged batteries offer up to 60 minutes of non-stop cutting time. A dedicated power indicator light allows you to check the battery level during use or charging, eliminating guesswork about how much run time remains.

Handling the tool is straightforward thanks to its 5.25-pound weight and ergonomic grip. The lightweight body helps reduce muscle fatigue when trimming high hedges or shaping extensive rows of shrubs. Operation requires no assembly out of the box; simply slide in the battery. For protection, the built-in dual-switch safety system ensures the blades only move when both switches are pressed simultaneously, preventing unintentional operation around the home.

As a handheld battery tool, its capacity is strictly capped at 3/4-inch branches, so heavier tree limbs will require dedicated sawing gear. Running the unit also requires holding both switches engaged at all times, which may feel restrictive for users who prefer single-handed reaching.

Verdict: The KOMASTY 22-inch hedge trimmer is a practical, lightweight solution for homeowners maintaining decorative bushes, hedges, and light yard growth. With dual batteries included and a reliable dual-action blade, it provides dependable cutting performance for regular garden upkeep.
