Detailed Review
The CRAFTSMAN Battery Powered Sprayer Wand (CMXCAFG190640) replaces manual pump mechanisms with a motorized spray system. Designed to attach directly to ready-to-use lawn and garden chemical bottles with a 38mm neck, it suits homeowners who want to apply treatments quickly without hand fatigue.
Powered by a 4.5V DC motor paired with a chemical-resilient gear pump, the unit provides push-button spraying with no manual priming. It draws power from four included AA batteries, delivering up to 60 minutes of continuous runtime. An adjustable nozzle lets you switch between a focused direct stream and a wide cone pattern, reaching distances up to 20 feet.
In terms of limitations, the wand relies exclusively on 38mm threaded refill containers, so it will not fit bottles with different cap sizes. Additionally, extended spraying sessions beyond one continuous hour will require replacing the four AA batteries, and the listing does not include a dedicated fluid reservoir.
Verdict: The CRAFTSMAN Sprayer Wand is an effective, hassle-free attachment for anyone regularly applying lawn treatments from standard 38mm chemical bottles. It eliminates manual pumping and offers versatile reach for routine yard care.
