Husqvarna TS 140X (48") 24HP Briggs V-Twin Lawn Tractor 970846801

The Husqvarna TS 140X is a riding lawn tractor designed to handle sizable lawn maintenance tasks efficiently. Equipped with a substantial cutting deck and a high-displacement engine, it suits homeowners needing a dependable machine to manage wide turf areas without spending entire weekends mowing.

At the center of this tractor is a 24 HP, 724cc Briggs & Stratton V-Twin engine, delivering ample power to drive the cutting system through thick grass. The 48-inch stamped mower deck uses three separate blades, providing a wide cutting path that helps reduce the number of passes required to finish a yard.

Maneuverability is anchored by a pedal-operated transmission system. Controlling your forward and reverse motion with a foot pedal allows you to keep both hands securely on the steering wheel at all times, making navigation around yard obstacles straightforward and controlled.

As a trade-off, the 48-inch deck makes this a wider machine, so buyers must account for gate clearances and shed storage dimensions. Additionally, the provided details do not specify fuel tank capacity, turn radius measurements, or adjustable deck height positions.

Verdict: The Husqvarna TS 140X is well-suited for property owners seeking a powerful 24 HP lawn tractor with a broad 48-inch cut. It provides straightforward, hands-on steering control for large mowing jobs.

A great fit if you:

• Need a wide 48-inch cutting deck to mow open yard spaces quickly
• Want a strong 24 HP V-Twin engine for dependable power
• Prefer foot-pedal speed control to keep both hands on the wheel

Consider something else if you:

• Have narrow yard gates that cannot fit a 48-inch deck
• Need explicit details on adjustable cutting heights before purchasing
