Mr. Heater 9,000 BTU Portable Buddy Radiant Propane Heater

The Mr. Heater 9,000 BTU Portable Buddy Radiant Propane Heater provides portable warmth for spaces up to roughly 225 square feet. It is built for anyone needing a flexible heating option that is designed and approved for both indoor and outdoor use.

Heating output is adjustable between two distinct temperature settings. You can set the unit to low for 4,000 BTU per hour or switch to high for 9,000 BTU per hour. Powered by a 1 lb propane cylinder, it provides up to 5.4 hours of continuous operation on the low setting and about 2.4 hours when running on high.

Safety features are integrated directly into the construction of the unit. It features an emergency low oxygen safety system to monitor ambient conditions during use. In addition, the housing is constructed with self-extinguishing materials for added peace of mind.

When considering trade-offs, run time on the highest heat setting is limited to less than two and a half hours per 1 lb tank, requiring frequent cylinder swaps during extended high-heat use. The manufacturer also strictly prohibits using unauthorized accessories or attachments, warning that non-approved additions can cause serious injury and will void the warranty.
