SOLO 430-2G 2-Gallon Handheld Sprayer with Viton® Seals in Key Locations

The SOLO 430-2G is a 2-gallon handheld sprayer built for homeowners and groundskeepers who need to apply harsh chemical solutions safely. It solves the problem of premature seal breakdown by incorporating durable Viton seals in critical locations, making it suitable for demanding liquid applications around the yard or workshop.

Spraying precision is well covered thanks to an included four-nozzle assortment, featuring an adjustable nozzle, flat fan, jet stream, and hollow cone. The sprayer is also TeeJet compatible, allowing you to adapt your spray pattern to specific tasks. A built-in storage compartment keeps the extra nozzles right on the unit so you do not misplace them between jobs.

Application control and safety are central to the design. The 28-inch unbreakable wand and shut-off valve assembly give you extended reach without excessive bending. For pressure management, an automatic relief valve vents excess buildup at 45 psi, and you can also trigger the release manually before opening the tank.

Keep in mind that this is a 2-gallon manual handheld model, so larger properties may require frequent refills and regular pumping to maintain pressure. The listing also does not mention an included shoulder strap, meaning you will be carrying it by hand during operation.

Verdict: The SOLO 430-2G is a solid, practical choice for anyone needing a resilient 2-gallon sprayer with flexible nozzle options and robust chemical resistance. It is well-suited for spot treatments, garden care, and chemical spraying where reach and safety matter.
