VAXMAY Backpack Sprayer 4.2 Gallon Battery Powered, 100 PSI Electric Garden Sprayer

The VAXMAY Backpack Sprayer is a 4.2-gallon battery-powered lawn and garden sprayer designed to eliminate manual pumping. It provides steady electric pressure for homeowners, gardeners, and property managers who need to distribute lawn fertilizers, herbicides, disinfectants, or cleaning solutions across large areas without hand fatigue.

A major benefit of this system is its power flexibility. While it includes its own 2.5Ah 21V rechargeable battery and charger right out of the box, it is also fully compatible with Makita 18V lithium-ion batteries. A single charge delivers up to four hours of runtime (capable of handling up to 18 tank refills), and the built-in digital voltage display lets you monitor power levels in real time to avoid sudden shutdowns.

For application control, the unit features an adjustable PSI knob that reaches up to 100 PSI. You can switch between five included spray nozzles to move from a gentle mist for delicate plants to a concentrated stream. The 42-inch telescopic wand helps you reach high foliage, underbrush, and distant corners without awkward bending or stretching.

Comfort features are built throughout the backpack frame. Padded back foam cushions, adjustable shoulder straps, and balanced weight distribution help reduce strain during long sessions. The spray handle includes a trigger lock for continuous spraying, while the tank itself has a wide-mouth opening fitted with a filter to keep debris from clogging the pump.

Keep in mind that a full 4.2-gallon tank will be fairly heavy on your back, which may not suit users looking for a small, quick spot sprayer. The unit also relies entirely on battery power, so you will need to keep your packs charged before heading out into the yard.

Verdict: The VAXMAY Backpack Sprayer is an excellent choice for anyone tackling large yards, farms, or cleaning tasks who wants strong 100 PSI output without hand-pumping. Its cross-compatibility with Makita 18V batteries makes it especially attractive for users already invested in that tool ecosystem.
