Detailed Review
The WETOLS Multitool with Pocket Knife is an all-in-one hardware solution designed for campers, hunters, and anyone needing a reliable toolkit on hand. It consolidates 27 different functions into a single foldable frame, eliminating the need to haul a heavy toolbox for simple fixes, outdoor chores, or road emergencies.
At the center of the tool is a set of stainless steel needle nose pliers paired with regular pliers, soft and hard wire cutters, and a wire stripper. The unit also houses dedicated cutting tools including a sharp blade, a serrated blade, a double-tooth saw, an awl, and self-rebounding scissors. For screw-driving tasks, it features SL1.5 and SL6 drivers along with three double-sided bits covering PH0, PH1, SL3, SL5, T10, and T15 sizes.
For outdoor exploration and emergency preparedness, the tool incorporates a window breaker, hammer, emergency whistle, and a fire starter. It is built from hardened stainless steel with a sandblasted, ergonomic handle designed to resist oxidation and corrosion in humid conditions. Safety is managed through a self-locking mechanism that secures implements during use, while a butterfly opening style lets you pull out the components smoothly.
Weighing 9.38 ounces and measuring 4.37 inches when closed, it has noticeable heft that some may feel when carrying it strictly in a pants pocket rather than using the included sheath or belt clip. The butterfly opening also generally requires two hands to unfold the central pliers, which is standard for this style of multitool.
Verdict: The WETOLS Multitool is an excellent choice for outdoor enthusiasts, DIYers, and drivers looking for a versatile, heavy-duty utility device. If you want a corrosion-resistant tool that packs extensive driver bits, cutting edges, and emergency features in one sheath, this setup fits the bill.
