Greenworks 80V 26 in Cordless Hedge Trimmer, 2.0 Ah Battery and Charger

The Greenworks 80V 26-inch Cordless Hedge Trimmer is a battery-powered yard tool designed to shape and maintain hedges without the hassle of gas or extension cords. It suits homeowners who need substantial power to trim tall or wide bushes across their property while enjoying unhindered cordless movement.

At the core of this trimmer is an 80V brushless motor paired with 26-inch dual-action steel blades. This combination provides efficient cutting action to make quick work of thick foliage. The extended blade length lets you reach across deeper hedges and trim higher branches smoothly, reducing the total time and passes required to finish the job.

Because the tool relies on a battery platform, you avoid managing fuel mixtures or dragging cords around the garden. The package is ready out of the box, including a 2.0Ah battery along with a 2A charger. This ensures you have the necessary power hardware on hand without needing to source extra accessories.

As for trade-offs, working with a single 2.0Ah battery means trimming is limited by battery capacity unless you have access to additional compatible batteries. The listing also leaves out certain details, such as the overall tool weight, charge duration, and maximum cutting diameter for woody stems.

Verdict: The Greenworks 80V Hedge Trimmer is a solid choice for anyone looking for cordless convenience combined with long-reaching steel blades. If you want a complete trimming kit that avoids the maintenance of gas tools, this model fits the bill.
