SEESII 8-Inch Cordless Sliding Compound Miter Saw 2 * 5000 mAh Batteries

The SEESII 8-Inch Cordless Sliding Compound Miter Saw brings cordless cutting to job sites, workshops, and home improvement spaces. Weighing 25 pounds without accessories, it solves the problem of hauling heavy bench tools or managing extension cords when trimming baseboards, cutting hardwood, or framing with 2X lumber.

Cutting performance is driven by a brushless motor and an 8-inch tungsten carbide-tipped (TCT) blade spinning at 4,200 RPM. The 12-inch sliding rail mechanism and extendable side wings expand crosscut capacity up to 4x12 inches, making it capable of handling wider boards and flooring. The package includes two 5000mAh battery packs, allowing you to swap out a depleted pack to keep working without interruption.

For angled cuts, the saw provides 0-45 degree bevel capability and 45-degree horizontal miter adjustments to both the left and right. Nine preset stops at 0, 15, 22.5, 30, and 45 degrees help you quickly lock in common angles for molding and framing. Alignment is aided by an integrated laser guide, while a built-in LED light brightens dim work areas. Safety is handled through a dual-hand start mechanism with a trigger lock, paired with an ambidextrous handle and a dust port designed for vacuum bag hookup.

As an 8-inch miter saw, its cutting depth is naturally smaller than full-size 10-inch or 12-inch shop saws, even with the sliding extension. The provided documentation also leaves out specific details regarding battery charging times and charger specs, so users will need to plan their power management around the two included packs.

Verdict: The SEESII 8-Inch Sliding Miter Saw is a capable option for DIYers, remodelers, and carpenters who need a portable, battery-powered saw for trim, flooring, and 2X boards. Its compact weight, dual batteries, and wide 4x12-inch sliding reach make it well suited for mobile projects.
