SOARFLY 2 in 1 Pole Hedge Trimmer Cordless & Handheld Hedge Trimmer

The SOARFLY 2 in 1 Cordless Pole Hedge Trimmer is a convertible yard tool designed to manage both low shrubs and high greenery. It addresses the common hassle of switching between separate ground trimmers and tall ladders by combining a handheld unit with a detachable extension pole. If you have tall hedges, overhanging branches, and standard garden bushes on the same property, this system covers all of them with a single tool.

For high growth, the telescoping shaft adjusts between 7 feet and 8.5 feet, allowing you to reach up to 8.5 feet without ever stepping on a ladder. The trimming head pivots across 150 degrees with 11 distinct angle settings. This flexibility lets you flat-top tall hedges, sculpt vertical sides, or reach awkward growth behind other plantings comfortably.

Cutting is handled by a 20-inch dual-action blade crafted from 65Mn steel, which cuts branches up to 0.8 inches thick while reducing operating vibration. Power comes from two included 4.0Ah (4000mAh) batteries and a dedicated charger. Because you get two packs that can be used alternately, you can expect roughly 90 minutes of continuous work, with each battery taking about 2 hours to recharge.

While the tool weighs just 8 pounds when assembled with the pole and includes a padded shoulder strap to ease strain, there are practical limits. It cannot handle thick tree limbs larger than 0.8 inches, so heavier pruning will require a dedicated saw. Additionally, the recharge time is around 2 hours per pack, which requires planning ahead for extensive all-day jobs.

Verdict: The SOARFLY 2 in 1 Hedge Trimmer is a smart choice for homeowners seeking a versatile, ladder-free yard maintenance solution. Its rotating head, dual battery packs, and quick conversion between handheld and pole modes make quick work of routine hedge and bush shaping.
