Detailed Review
The Outdoor Edge GrizSaw is a fixed blade field saw built for outdoor and hunting tasks. It addresses the challenge of making tough cuts in the field without straining your hands, giving hunters and outdoor enthusiasts a dedicated tool for processing game or clearing branches.
At the center of its design is an 8-inch blade made from chrome coated 65Mn steel. The teeth feature a triple ground diamond cut profile specifically intended to penetrate both hard bone and wood. The tool measures 11.3 inches overall and pairs with a T-shaped handle, allowing you to maintain a straight wrist from multiple angles to keep fatigue down during extended use.
For transport, the saw includes a quick-release glass and nylon sheath fitted with a swivel clip attachment. However, because this is a fixed blade tool rather than a folding design, it requires dedicated carrying space on your gear. The product details also do not state the exact overall weight of the saw.
Verdict: The Outdoor Edge GrizSaw is a solid choice for hunters and campers who need a dedicated bone and wood cutting tool with an ergonomic grip. It provides reliable cutting reach and convenient sheath carry for demanding outdoor tasks.
